Demonstrate professional behavior congruent with the social work Code of Ethics and apply strategies to effectively identify, address, and resolve ethical conflicts in professional practice.

 I attended the Social Justice Retreat both in 2006 and 2007. Attending an event such as this one allowed me the opportunity to meet and conversate with people from diverse backgrounds. Each of these individuals had the same passion for social work and social justice as I do which was exciting for me because it made me aware that if we could all collaberate as a group, we could really create social change in our surrounding communities. In the process of demonstrating professional behavior congruent with the code of ethics, I felt a need to try and understand the code of ethics more effectively so I completed a 3.0 ceu course with the NASW on understanding the new code of ethics- Certificate attached

Objective 4

 Apply strategies for continuous self-evaluation including supervision and consultation, and feedback from peers and other sources for self development.

In meeting objective four, I have completed an online self evaluation assessment(like the one listed below)and I continue to develop and utilize my supervisor agendas for field practice with my field instructor. These agendas reflect my growth and allow me the ability to view constructive feedback. I have also included an evaluation on my group's work in Practice 3 class during the Fall of 2007.In addition to the supervisor agendas, I am able to reflect on the feedback forms from my peers in accordance with my Research E-poster, senior seminar

e-poster, and powerpoint presentations. These feedback forms assist me in improving my self development. See Attached Documents
